MAIN BUNGALOW
The unique experience of living in a plantation where hospitality is the only sign of civilization. BB Estate Homestay the holiday where you get the closest to nature, promises seclusion, exclusivity and tranquility. It is located 6 kms from Madikeri (mercara) on the Madikeri Sidapur highway SH88 (location 12.411808,75.772641 in Google maps) and is a 120 acre coffee plantation. It takes you to the unique experience of living in a plantation sandwiched by mother nature. The tiny district of coorg in southern India has woken up to greet another day. There are 2 suites available in the main bungalow  which are around 500 sft, consisting of bedroom, dining, bathroom & sit out.
   
ANCESTRAL HOUSE

The 3 BR ancestral house, measuring 1600 sft  has attached bathrooms, a hall, sit out and dining cum kitchen.  This place can also take small groups of 10-15 persons.
( The rates include breakfast & taxes. Lunch & dinner is a fixed menu which is optional.)

BB Estate is classified Premium category and is a registered homestay approved by the Tourism Dept Govt of Kar. We are a founder member of the COORG TOURISM PROMOTION ASSOCIATION (CTPA) the govt approved Association for homestay owners.
